Bari Diamond received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Boston University, and her Bachelor and Master of Science dual-degree in Occupational Therapy from Touro College. Bari lives in NYC, and previously worked as an Occupational Therapist on an inpatient unit at NYU’s Rusk Rehabilitation for nearly 7 years, where she developed a passion for working with the limb loss/difference community. She became actively involved in several amputee support programs, and knew that she wanted to focus more on that population. On Halloween of 2023, her favorite holiday, she was was offered an opportunity to work for Point Designs, a company that produces and manufactures heavy-duty, positionable prosthetic devices that enhance and enable greater occupational accessibility and functional independence for individuals with partial hand loss or difference. Bari is a passionate and driven individual who enjoys travel, music, food, exercise, and all the adventures life has to offer.

Justin Pratt
Justin is an ABC Certified Prosthetist who completed his P&O program in Pittsburgh, PA in 1994. He holds a BS in Intelligence Analysis from APU which he completed in 1996. Continuing his work on prosthetics, he has been a lab technician, progressing to a Practitioner’s Assistant then he pursued his certification with ABC. Acquiring CP status in 2004, Justin continued as a Certified Prosthetist with Progressive Prosthetics in VA Beach, VA until joining Ossur as a Regional Clinical Manager in 2010. Since joining Ossur, he has proven successful as a Clinical Specialist as well as a National Clinical Manager of Bionics. In April of 2015, Justin was appointed to the role of Director of Ossur Academy. Throughout his career, he has worked with a patient population that was very diverse and dynamic. He provided treatment to a population ranging from children, active adults, athletes, geriatrics, and members of the US Military’s Special Warfare units. He joined Ossur with a vast knowledge of products, fabrication techniques, and unique approaches to patient management and business management.
Upon joining Ӧssur Americas, Justin was assigned to the role of Clinical specialist, which serves as a clinical educational resource for Certified prosthetists as well as various Ӧssur teams within sales and marketing. Justin then transitioned to supporting the education and continued development of POWER KNEE, focusing on this technology while supporting various other aspects of the business. In Spring of 2015, Justin was assigned to be the Ӧssur Academy Director, managing the Ӧssur Academy team which held responsibilities with Education platforms, strategic planning, and execution of various clinical projects, supporting the marketing team as well as Research and development. In April of 2020, Justin was promoted to Sr. Director of Ӧssur Academy Americas, Prosthetics. This continued the responsibilities with his clinical team as well as extended with the Touch Solutions/Upper Limb Bionics Team.

Jon Cook joined College Park in 2017 after 20 years in clinical practice as an ABC certified practitioner. He is responsible for managing the Clinical Education team at College Park. He and the members of his team provide clinical documentation support as well as on-site and remote educational seminars to Prosthetists, Occupational and Physical Therapist, and distributors both domestic and international. The Clinical Education and Technical Service teams also participate in product development and beta testing at College Park and support the engineering team with information regarding industry trends and standards.

Samantha Stauffer
Ms. Stauffer is a board-certified Prosthetist-Orthotist and the Director of Research at Independence
Prosthetics-Orthotics, Inc. She manages collaborations with multiple university-based research labs, as
well as with private industry. Ms. Stauffer has given more than a dozen scientific presentations
nationally and regionally, and has been invited to lecture at the University of Pennsylvania and the New
York Medical College. She teaches within the Limb Loss and Limb Difference curriculum at the University
of Delaware. Concurrent with her clinical practice, she is pursuing her PhD in Biomechanics and
Movement Science at the University of Delaware.
