Exhibit Hall is open from 7:15am-7:15pm
NOTE - Reception is from 5:15-7:15pm in the Exhibit Hall
AM Break is 9:30-10:00am
Lunch is 12:00-1:15pm

The NJAAOP Annual Chapter meeting gathers hundreds of attendees and exhibitors from New Jersey and beyond to enjoy a three-day event designed to foster learning and networking. This is the pre-eminent AAOP Chapter meeting in the United States and provides opportunities to hear directly from thought leaders. Join your colleagues, friends, vendors, manufacturers and choose from over 70 speakers.

NJAAOP Room Rate is $95.00 until October 10, 2024 or the block is sold out, whichever comes first. Please book ASAP to ensure you receive the $95.00 room rate. 


REMINDER - (that we seriously can't believe we have to say but here goes) Do NOT give your reservation and credit card information to someone who calls you on the phone and tells you they can rebook your room for a lower rate.

Cancellation Policy

The NJAAOP Chapter Annual Meeting Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency. Post-pandemic hotel and conference centers are extremely punitive regarding attrition and cancellations. As we submit our final food, beverage and exhibit table numbers on September 1st this is the state cancellation policy.

Conference registration canceled on or before August 31, 2024, is refundable but subject to a $75 administrative fee.

Registrants canceling on or after September 1, 2024, will NOT receive a refund.

The refund and cancellation policies will not be waived.

Registration fees may be transferred to another company.

Please contact the event manager to transfer your registration.
